The mariposaHD team works hard, consequently we are always hungry! Fortunately while traveling we get to sample a variety of cuisines from different cultures. In Punta del Este it is hard to walk a block along the main drag without passing numerous "Best Chivito in Town" signs.

What is a chivito? We had to find out! The best chivitos we ate were stumbling home from the Solimano concert @ 6am. A juicy steak sandwhich with a slice of ham, cheese, fried egg, lettuce, and tomato with papas fritas on the side is just what the doctor ordered after a night dancing until sunrise.
