Eco-Tourism in Argentina

The success of our trip to Tucuman Province was made possible thanks to Campo del Toral, a company specializing in 3-5 day tourism adventures in the Northwest of Argentina. They coordinated 90% of our journey that started in San Miguel de Tucuman, the capital of Tucuman. Our scenic adventure was highlighted by horseback riding up Cerro Mala Mala in Tafi del Valle and exploring the Quilmes Ruins in Amaicha del Valle.

Services available along the way were:

  • 4*4 Offroading with a Toyota Hilux and a Nissan Frontier
  • Quad and Motorcycle offroading
  • Mountain Biking
  • Horseback Riding
  • Parapente (paragliding)
  • Repelling
  • Treking (they provide tents, sleeping bags, backpacks, gps, and radio equipment)
  • Asados (barbecues)
  • Bi-lingual tours (culinary, sightseeing, historical)
  • Transportation to and from the Tucuman bus terminal or airport
  • Bi-lingual tours (culinary, sightseeing, historical)
  • Arrange horseback tours and asados with Geronimo in Tafi del Valle

Most of the pre-arranged expeditions offered by Campo del Toral are for 2-8 people and run from April to December. Book in advance if you are wise.
